BOOKING POLICY
DO NOT BOOK IF THE FOLLOWING APPLIES:
If any of these do apply to you, it is mandatory to consult Elevate Brow Bar prior to booking.
- Under the age of 18
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- On antibiotics 7 days prior to appointment
- Had Botox 2 weeks or less prior to appointment
- Have keloids or prone to keloid scarring
- On blood pressure/thinning medication 5 days prior to appointment. Consult with your doctor.
- Allergic to numbing agents, latex, or metals
- Used Accutane within the past 6 months
- Acne or skin irritation in brow area
- Undergoing chemotherapy/radiation
- Recovering from lid lift/laser eye surgery
- Sick with a cold, flu, or Covid
- Have had previous work done by another artist (MUST send photo via text or email for approval)
MEDICAL CONTRAINDICATIONS
You may NOT be a candidate for Nanoblading if you have the following:
- Cancer
- Rosacea
- Impetigo
- Lupus
- Hepatitis B/C
- Pink Eye
- Diabetes
- Sickle Cell
- Vitiligo
- Keloids
- Hemophilia
- Psoriasis
- Shingles
- Epilepsy
- Herpes on brow area
- Immunodeficiency disorder
RETAINER
A $100 retainer is required in order to book and confirm your appointment.
Retainers must be made within one hour of booking or your appointment will be canceled.
Retainers are non-refundable.
Cancellations will automatically result in a forfeit of your retainer.
Retainers are to be made via Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp using the following:

PAYMENT
You may pay the rest of the balance at the appointment via credit card, Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp.
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION
All requests for rescheduling must be done within 48 hours of appointment without forfeiting the deposit made toward your appointment. It is understandable that unforeseen circumstances may arise, however, the deposit is non-refundable.
“No calls” and “No shows” will be charged the full cost of the service.
Only ONE time rescheduling is allowed.
REFUNDS
Due to the nature of the treatment and lengthy service, NO refunds will be given for the cosmetic procedure. No exceptions.
CONSENT FORMS
Forms will be sent prior to your appointment and must be completed no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment or your appointment will be rescheduled.
LATE ARRIVAL
There is a 15-minute grace period for appointments. Otherwise, the appointment will be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Please consider that South Florida traffic is heavy and plan accordingly to make it on time to our salon.
This applies to follow-up appointments.
GUESTS
Do NOT submit your deposit until you have read all policies, Precare & Aftercare Instructions, FAQs, and terms and conditions related to your appointment. Submission of your deposit signifies your agreement to these terms.
